The new WebFOCUS 8 Client Repository and Authorization Security model expands and generalizes the access to Managed Reporting (MR) and Business Intelligence assets. The system uses a Universal Object Access (UOA) layer that enforces security across all objects in the repository. UOA is an implementation of Role Based Control (RBAC).
