POSITION TITLE: WebFOCUS Programmer
POSITION TYPE: Contract / Contract – to – hire

The Candidate should have in-depth expertise in executing day-to-day programming activities at the direction of his supervisor, including FOCUS and WebFOCUS report development, maintenance, testing, deployment/rollout, bug fixing. Experience in full implementation life cycle of application design, development, implementation and rollout, and handling post-production support

The selected individual must be highly motivated and have skills in database knowledge, and SQL experience. Must be qualified to design and execute test procedures to ensure completeness and quality of reports. Must have the ability to work with project managers to ensure projects meet all business requirements. Candidate should have experience planning, prioritizing, estimating, and delivering projects on time.

Required Technical Skills:
*5+ years of experience in WebFOCUS or FOCUS Report Development
*Solid knowledge of SQL
*Solid knowledge of databases - Preferably DB2 (this does not imply database administration is necessary)

Desirable Technical Skills:

*1-3 years experience with Java
*1-3 years experience HTML
* Healthcare industry knowledge
* Siemens SIGNATURE product knowledge

Other Skills:
*Able to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
*Able to function in team environment with direction from your supervisor
*Good written and **** communication skills -
*Ability to work on assigned tasks independently; execute
tasks with limited direction.
*Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
*Ability to perform complex analysis and tasks successfully in
a timely manner.
* Ability to create reporting specifications and gain consensus on design
* Ability to develop and implement test plans including parallel tests
* Ability to design reports to meet user requirements
