REQUIRED Knowledge and Skills:

- 3+ years of relevant WebFOCUS report development experience.

- Advanced knowledge of WebFOCUS report development environments and tools. (Version 5 and up)

- Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements.



PREFERRED Knowledge and Skills:

- 5+years of general business experience, (in collections or a financial institution).

- Working knowledge of receivables management.

- Knowledge of DBMS and related concepts, Oracle preferred.



Job Complexities/Challenges:

- Analyzing detailed concepts combined with a detailed understanding of a wide range of practices and underlying principles.

- Carrying out assignments with considerable independence and taking the initiative to seek out information.

- Meeting deadlines and providing acceptable service levels to clients in conjunction with changing priorities.

- Multi-tasking and balancing and prioritizing a number of projects and assignments
