Working within a team environment, applies analysis, design and programming skills to develop, test and maintain reporting programs of a complex nature; works with users and IT staff to understand business and systems requirements; develops programming specifications based on requirements of users and systems analysts; develops test plans, prepares test data and performs tests; prepares and maintains program documentation. Also serves as a resource to conduct training, correct system production problems, implementation of reporting methods, and performs functional data analysis as needed.
