'The report developer resource would have :
1.Vert good knowledge of both Webfocus and Cognos reporting tools
2. Webfocus - primary
Cognos - secondary
3. Should have good knowledge in DB2
4. Should have good knowledge in SQL.
5. Cognos architecture experience a plus
6. Should be able to work independently.
