Very good. It was Focnet that came before EDA. Did you research that or have you been around that long too? :-)

Your're right Stuart, FRL should come in between FML and EMR.

And with that early Focnet, there was a special product called FPA. Does anyone remember what that stood for and what it did?

FOCUS Personal Agent. FOCUS fro Windows was using it to connect to a host, run the request on the host and download the result to the PC.

Currently IBI sells two products called Resource Analyzer and Resource Governer. Even these products had a different name in the past. Can anyone remember the old name for these products?

Am I the only one who finds it interesting that the only trivia we can think of revolves around product name changes. There sure were a lot of name changes. Smiler

Thanks!

Mickey

jnc,
Good One
SMART MODE is the correct answer as the former name of Resource Analyzer/Governer. A good hint to the answer is to look at the table names for the tables in the Resource Analyzer/Governer repository. All the tables start with 'SM'.

Thanks!

Mickey
