We are seeking a skilled WebFocus developer with excellent javascript skills .
This project involves modifications to an existing WebFocus application. This application consists of several HTML pages, and over 25 webfocus reports. We are seeking a skilled developer who can learn the existing report and javascript application code, and make changes per requirements. We may be interested in migrating this application to MRE, and the selected developer would be responsible for the entire project. NYC location, must work on-site. Must.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years full-time WebFocus development experience
• Experience coding complex HTML launch pages using JavaScript validation
• Proficient in ( HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS) for creating and interfacing WebFocus reports in a self-service environment
• Self starter with strong debugging abilities
• Able to plan, prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects on time
• Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
• Ability to communicate to senior executives internally and to clients externally
• Must know Oracle SQL, databases, datamarts and be able to communicate required changes to database to a dba.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Strong drive for results and ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
• Experience in obtaining and understanding business requirements

Skills Required:
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL, familiarity with data marts, reporting on summarized data with numerous related tables
• Advanced Javascript especially within the HTML Composer environment
• HTML
• WebFocus coding of complex reports using several hold files, defines, conditions
• Ability to review existing code in numerous reports
