Mandatory Skills/Experience:
· At least 4 years of overall development experience
· 3+ years working with iWay Service Manager (may also be referred to as iSM, iWay ESB, iWay Adapter Manager, iXTE) from Information Builders
· 3+ years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in handling MS SQLServer data from iWay using appropriate adapters.
· 2+ years experience with MS SQL Server
· 2+ years working with MQ Series Administration and applications development/support
· Multi dialect SQL skills
· XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPathHTML and knowledge of NIEM schema.
· Java/J2EE (including EJB, JSP, JDBC)
· Experience with BEA Weblogic application server
· Solid understanding of RDBMS development (JDBC, DB access patterns)
· Unix shell scripting
· Experience developing, deploying and implementing on NT and UNIX environments

Desirable Skills:
· Good understanding of Networking concepts, operating systems and applications desired
· Hands-on experience creating change management processes for deploying applications within the messaging infrastructure
· Knowledge of WS-Security and related standards (WS-SecureConversation, WS-Trust, WS-Policy, etc)
· Object Oriented Design Distributed Computing, and Design Patterns
· Experience with performance testing/tuning of Java/J2EE application
· Understanding of LDAP V3 protocol and directory development
· Experience with UML models
· Experience working with Message Broker v 6.x
