Hi,

I am new to iWay Service Manager. In the existing system, I am getting a Rule Validation error while validating the 835 document after it was generated from XML data. I couldn't figure out why that rule validation error was thrown as the error message doesn't give much info/clue. I am quite certain it is a custom validation. I thought I will get to the validation rules to understand the rules that caused this error. But I couldn't find out the location of the rules file. Can someone please help on how to locate the rules file ? Thanks in advance.

Hi Krish

Since no one has responded to your topic I would strongly recommend you open a case with techsupport. They should be able to help you with this.

Thanks,

Thank you for using Focal Point!

Sure Chuck. Thanks for the pointer.

However, I just understood from my manager that the company's support with InformationBuilders was expired last year. Do I still stand a chance of opening a case with techsupport or will Techsupport ask for the company that this is needed for and check for the licensing information ?

Thanks

Krish_NY,

Unless you have "Active Maintenance" customer support will not be able to open a case with you. A valid site code with maintenance is required.

You can see if you have access to the Technical Support Centerand the technical documentation.

Thank you for participating in the Focal Point Forum!
