ISM55: How to encrypt a password using iSM's encryption?

I know iSm encrypts passwords that are stored into password SREGs, but I would like to store it into a properties file.

The thing is iSM needs the value to be encrypted.

Since I don't have access to teh encryption tool I don't know how to encrypt the value.

Does anybody knows a way to simulate iWay's encryption?

Thanks.

Hi Pascal,

Has this issue been resolved on your side? Here is suggestion from our iWay people: this seems like involved issue, so the best channel for assistance would be to open a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services. You may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse at any time.

Hope this helps. Smiler

Cheers,

Kerry
