[CASE-OPENED] DQS - Text File Writer - Create a unique File Name
When generating a text file utilizing the Text File Writer Object, is there a method to be able to create a unique file name each time the .plan is run? Maybe by imbedding some sort of a function in the file name? Does anyone know the syntax to do such a thing?This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Kathryn Henning>,

I have opened a case with IBI. I have been told that we have to use a component, utilizing the "Map Parameter" functionality. But ISM also has to be used to pass a unique filename as a parameter through to DQS. Once i get instructions i'll be updating this forum.
