In the 7.703 iWay Data Management Console I'm trying to understand the search function available on the "Application Directories".

When I search for tables that i know exist, I get the answer that it can't find the table. What am I doing wrong?

In 7.7.03 I assume that from the context menu for Application Directories you are selecting File Search. It's not searching (database) table names but rather the names of files (synonyms, procedures) stored in the directories of your application path. The table and synonym names often match but they don't have to.

You may want to call Hotline have a remote session so that they can see exactly what you are doing.

That release is almost 3 years old now; we've made a lot of improvements to search in later releases.
