I have been trying to run a profile plan against a very large DB table and keep running out of disk space. I added a second drive and copied the DQS installation there, hoping it would provide more space. However, further analysis shows that DQS is creating these very large temp files in the C:\Users\User\Appdata\Temp folder. My C: drive cannot be reduced in size any further.
