We have recently upgraded from 7.6.9 to 7.7.03 and are re-testing all our flows. Alas we are getting lots of FOC000 messages instead of the correct text message for the error generated. Any suggestions as to what causes this, and more importantly, what is the solution ?

Yes I have done this Kerry but we haven't been able to crack the problem as yet.

All sorted now. In addition to the FOC000 messages we had loads of FOC36306 messages that we got rid of by removing extraneous APP MAP commands from edasprof.prf. This helped as it immediately got rid of message:-
(FOC36306) APPLICATION xxxxxxxxx ALREADY EXISTS. RUN DELETE FIRST
but NOT until the server restart did it fix the FOC000.
