I am working with a simple DataMigrator flow that is extracting from an Excel source file and writing output to a text file. Running into an issue using RPAD with spaces. RPAD works with any printable character, but when using RPAD to pad with spaces - for example, RPAD(FIELD, 5,' ') - the padding does not render. Also, LPAD works with spaces just fine.

Fixed with PRESERVESPACE=YES in the master file synonym access file.
