KerryUpcoming iWay Webinars: Data Migrator, and Realizing the Extent of Dirty Data
To all Focal Pointers,
If you have not done so,
register for the upcoming webinars in the iWay track.
DataMigrator UpdateTuesday, July 17, 2012 @ 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time
iWay DataMigrator is the extract, transform, and load (ETL) tool that shares metadata with WebFOCUS, providing an easy way to stage data for analysis. Release 7.7.04 makes editing more convenient, with new undo and autosave features and database indexes that can now be managed from the Synonym Editor. New scheduling options facilitate change data capture and file listener flows. Complex XML hierarchies can now be loaded. New integration is provided with AddressDoctor, a database and software tool that enhances postal address data quality, allows the use of AddressDoctor functions without the need for programming in languages like C++ or Java, or licensing additional development software.
Realizing the Extent of Dirty DataHear about Mid-Continent Group's policyholder data-cleansing flows, which standardize, cleanse, and de-duplicate policyholder information residing in AS/400 systems. These flows include city-zip validations, company name standardization, merging techniques, and the use of the iWay Data Steward Portal to route manual fixes to business units.
Additional webinars in the WebFOCUS track are also open, please visit our website to
register.
Cheers,
Kerry
