You can find the meaning of a message number by running a stored procedure from the console with a line like this:
? 100
In this case the result is
(FOC100) UNRECOVERABLE MODIFY PARSING ERROR
If you are running a Data Flow that was generated by the DMC that shouldn't happen. Please open a case and provide the Flow and the source and target synonyms.
If you are running a stored procedure that you wrote and can't find the error than supply that.
