Users are getting "Failed to find the handle" when trying to subscribe to a report. Anyone see this before?

Just as an FYI, this was a WebFOCUS question posted in the iWay Forum so be careful as not as many people look at this forum. Glad you figured it out. To close a post you can just edit the original post and update the heading to say [SOLVED] or [CLOSED] depending on what you want to show.
