I am getting error while reading ETLLOG,

FATAL ERROR IN DATABASE I/O. FOCUS TERMINATING ERROR READING ETLLOG,
PAGE 26310, CODE 0xffffffff
Server console error.

There could be some other jobs running at the same while my job (which is trying to read etllog info) was running, but in a multi thread environment this should not create any issue I believe.

Can you tell me how to overcome this?

DataMigrator uses FOCUS SU (Simultaneous Update) to write to ETLLOG to allow multiple jobs running at the same time to add log data at the same.

It looks like your ETLLOG has been corrupted. I would suggest you receate the log and statistics tables from the DMC.
