I am getting the following error from the EDAPRINT log:

07/20/2007 09:14:48 resm.error cmrpip000571 u= (conn failure)
07/20/2007 09:14:48 error: failed to submit request to edapth

What does this mean? Thanks in advance.

Hi all,

FYI, Rich has a case opened for this and here is answer from the case:

The above message means that the user is trying to reuse the same agent twice. For example, customer is doing a drilldown and they click on the back button to go back to the previous page.
