Is there a agent in ISM to make a pflow wait for some time then continue. I am sending xml into crm then need to wait for a few seconds for the return XML file

Set & Synch is your option.

If you want a PFlow to wait for 'n' seconds you can use the iwCOPY agent, although for your purposes you're probably better using the Set/Synch suggested by Srii.
