Hi,
If you Right-click a flow in the navigation pane's Procedures tab, you can select View Log File or View Last Log.

How can I redirect the content of log file into a file, instead of viewing it on the web console or in DMC.

Thanks
Kat

From the reference to "View Log" this appears to be a DataMigrator question. If so then from the Web Console go to the Procedures page and then expand Reports > DataMigrator > Custom Reports > Log. You could copy the generated text and change the HOLD FORMAMT HTML at the end to some other file type. Alternately, since the log information is stored in FOCUS files (ETLLOG and ETLSTATS, documented in the User's Guide) you could write a report of your own design.
