DM Release 7710M 64 bit. Gen#: 1738

Hello, whenever i restart the dm workspace, the scheduler doesnt show any of the 100s of agents we have. i try the "force scheduler scan" option and nothnig returns. this happens for HOURS. then somehow they seem to com back with no intervention of my own. my question is, since i CANNOT wait hours for our iway flows to start running again, what can be done to make the "force scan" actually work as expected???????? HELP!!!!!?????

Hi David,
Please check the "Procedure: How to Define a Scheduler Tenant and Change the sched_scan_id and scan_run_id" in the DataMigrator User's Guide.
If that does not help, please open a Hottrack ticket to follow up with the customer support group.

Thanks
