Hello, whenever i restart the dm workspace, the scheduler doesnt show any of the 100s of agents we have. i try the "force scheduler scan" option and nothnig returns. this happens for HOURS. then somehow they seem to com back with no intervention of my own. my question is, since i CANNOT wait hours for our iway flows to start running again, what can be done to make the "force scan" actually work as expected???????? Hi David, Please check the "Procedure: How to Define a Scheduler Tenant and Change the sched_scan_id and scan_run_id" in the DataMigrator User's Guide. If that does not help, please open a Hottrack ticket to follow up with the customer support group.
How do I open a hottrack ticket??? this isnt getting better and I am worried. nothing starts up quickly sometimes take HOURS for scheduler to start finding scheduled flows.
