Hi I am using Data Migrator Tool reading the data from Excel by using Excel Adapter the values shown in Excel with number followed by Single Quote (') stays as number in Data Management Console after sampling the data from Excel as it assigns Alpha fixed in bytes as data type but it changes all the other numeric data as it type it text to Date

for Example

Data in Excel Data in Data Management Console after Sampling

'001 001

101 04/10/1900

As data in Excel saves as text type for both single quote or without but one with single quote stays the same as it need to be but on the other hand without quote change to date format instead of keep the same data and it assigns Alpha fixed in bytes as data type in Data Management Console

Did any body know how to fix this issue at Data Migrator level , what the workaround about this issue ?

This sounds like something a case should be opened for and that way if this is a real issue it can be tracked properly.
