Does the job run independently or does it always fail?
What is your actual data source? Which adapter are you using? If you are using the generic ODBC adapter is there an Information Builders adapter available for that data source that could be used instead.
The error is occurring in the (possibly third party) ODBC driver you are using. You may want to contact the vendor for support.

This job is subjob. This job is available inside the parent job.
Source system is Progress Database.
While run the job with parent job. It shows the error message like "Agent has been forced terminated".

Ok so presumably you are using the Adapter for Progress.
When you run the sub job by itself does it fail?
I think it's best if you open a case with hotline. Please provide the source and target synonyms, all the flows. Run with traces and provide a diagnostics package.

Thanks for your support.
Yes, Whenever i am running this sub job alone got failed.
But same sub job is used for other parent job. At the time, it is running successfully without any issue. Only difference, it is connect different progress database server.
How to open Hotline case ? Where i need to create this case ?

You need to go to https://techsupport.informationbuilders.com/ Then click on case management. It will prompt you to login. If you don't have an account (different that Focal Point) then click on the create account link. You will need to know your site code.
