Hi,

I am trying to build synoymn.
1. I am restricting to restrict it to - External SQL scripts and specify the Directory path and Extensionh.
On the next screen when I select the default synoymn and click Create synoymn option, it gives the error mentioned above -

(FOC1568) DATASOURCE /tmp/tst.sql FOR SYNONYM IS NOT FOUND

Hi Kat,

I had this error when trying to create a synonym from DB2. I got rid of the error by removing this statement from my edasprof.prf:

ENGINE DB2 SET REMOTECAT ON

What product and release are you using?


WF Reporting Server 71x, 76x
