Hello
Yes i am very new to the iWay products. I need to generate an XML Request document.

How do i do it. In the adapter Designer?

Hi dertown,

Please try the following:

In the Designer, you will need to go to the Explorer tab on the left pane, expand the repository (or create one if one does not exist), and expand the Services folder. Then create a target for the adapter you are using so that you can browse the back-end.

Once you have identified the item you intend to use, create a schema for it by right-clicking the item and selecting “Generate Schema…”.

With this schema you can then use a tool such as XMLSpy to generate a sample/template XML request document.

Hi Kerry that does help
can the designer be used to generate config information for the iway JCA resourse adapter.

I am using the iWay Designer on windows but the iWay Adapter manager is running on a linux intance. When i generate the schemas all i get is a blank response request schema.
