I am being requested by my DBA to use Direct Load "To reduce archive logs generation – we will need to use direct load option."

I have changed the properties of the target to "Bulk Load utility via a Disk File" With the Direct Path Load option set to yes

Is this how I set DM for a direct load to SQL loader or is there something else I need to do?

Support for ORACLE SQL*Loader Direct Path has always been available in DataMigrator, and in predecessor products back to Release 3.3.
