when any records is rejected due to DBMS error so its store in .ftm file
but i want to stores in .csv or .txt or excel file

yes it's possible.
Before this you have to configure 'delimted file" synonyms in adapters.
while configuration you have to mention the delimiters[like comma (,) or period(.)].

Afetr that in record logging you mention the path as required.
