I can not find the QA Agent to install. it's not in the Archive Manager either

What are you more explicitly trying to do?

QA Agent (com.ibi.agents.XDQAAgent)is available as a standard iSM business agent, while you install the server.

So, define it in console or inside pflow as service object.
