Hi Team,

I have observed when we have around 1000 transactions which are in progress for about 20-30 minutes on iWay Service Manager, the memory runs out and the CPU Usage becomes 100%. So the solution we use is to restart the services.

The memory allocated to iWay Service Manager is 10GB and the total Ram memory is around 13GB.

Do we increase the RAM Memory here to 50-100GB to resolve this or is there anyway to clear the used memory consumption from iWay Service Manager.
