Hello,
We are looking to provide access to user with restiricted usage of only viewing the flows and logs.

After setting AREAD and ALIST, from the webconsole - user cannot see RUN option.

But when login through DMC with the same user, user is able to view RUN and SUBMIT and potentially can run the flow.

How to disable RUN/SUBMIT icon in DMC for a specific user?

Any help on this is much appreciated. Thanks.

First of all your DM server must be running with security on.

From a Server Administrator user id logged into the DMC expand Access Control and Roles and select a role or a user.

To disable Submit right click and select General Privileges. Uncheck the checkbox PRDFR for Schedule/E-Mail/Submit and Save.

To disable Run right click and select Directory/File Privileges. For apps homeapps if it appears uncheck the checkboxes under "Execute." You will probably want to do the same for "Write."
