In the last few days, the emails from our data migrator server has not been working. We are able to send emails from this server as well as ping it on other servers such as DB servers.
What are the possible causes of the following error: "Email Send Failed (Rejected by Server)" and in our data migrator flows, we get a RC = 18822.This message has been edited. Last edited by: Tamra,

Hi Adam, The return code 18822 usually appears when your email server is down. Please check; if that is not the case, then please open a hottrack case for this problem. Please upload saved diagnostics from your DataMigrator server if you open the case.
