You can get a list of all flows easily:

Right click on Application Directories (or an application directory) select Impact Analysis > Flow Report > Summary. This shows you the name, description, user, etc. with one line for each flow. If you want to see the TABLE request that was generated you can right click on the server > Other Options > Server Log and find the line
TABLE FILE _EDAHOME/CATALOG/SYSAPPS

You can also get a report with Data Origin and Destination but there can be more than one source or target per flow so you need a different report. From Impact Analysis select Synonyms by Procedure.

Also note that under Flow Report there is a Detail report that is printable version of a flow and it's possible to export flows as XML.

There are currently two ways to save the detail report:
(1) In the report press Ctrl-A and Ctrl-C to copy to the clipboard. Then open Word and Paste.
(2) On the ribbon click on Print and then select Microsoft Print to PDF or other PDF printer.

I should have listed "export flows as XML" separately. We supply a stored procedure for this. In the DataMigrator Users Guide Please see Chapter 8, " Generating Reports, Viewing the Log File, and Printing Flows" in the section "Viewing a Detailed Flow Report and Log File" see Tip 2 for instructions.

thanks Clif getting closer.

I need to export a report to a file that contains the flow name, data origin, data dest and the schedule.

I do not see that info on the Flow2xml and I also need to run it one at a time.

Hi Ray,
As you opened a hottrack case, I see your explanations that you are planning to use such XML files for building the flow charts of your ETL processes. Thank you.
Since you are now in contact with our support department, the work on this will continue via the hottrack case.

As per the hottrack case that was opened, now all information from a flow is exported into an XML file, including the information about the schedule.
And as per the additional hottrack case, the menu item shall be added to the flow and to the application level.
