Hello all,

Error occurs when clicking on Loadable measures or on Measures Loader button .

I have an inconsistent error message that appears as a dialogue box.
"A problem occured while bringing up the measure. Make sure the data source is set up correctly and try again".


Now I have been able to create measures and have also check the metadata on the measure that are producing this error above.

Once this error popups I cannot continue as the fields and combo boxes will not be populated.


In addition here is the environment I am working in

PMF 512
IE Version 6
Windows
Backend MSSQL

Note * I am also trying to perform these tasks remotely via a vpn client.

Have you run into any errors like this?

Make sure all master files used for your data sources for loads are in the current app path (and not placed in the mainstreet folder!)

Make sure your adaptor connections as used for your data sources for loads are configured on your server.

To find out what is configured you can't use the loader. Use the admin - measures load report for this.
