Every month when we add our non automated metrics into PMF the measures are not updating. I have to go into each datapoint and measure and update manually. I am hoping that I am missing something. Any help would be great.

When you say "Non Automated Metrics" I'm guessing that you mean Sources that you are loading from the Source panel (as opposed to being scheduled).
On the Source Loader under the Advanced tab there is a checkbox "Recalculate and Load all:". Make sure that is checked for all your non-automated Sources. This will insure that any Derived Datapoints and Measures will be loaded. Note that if a Derived DP or Measure gets its values from multiple Sources, then the load for the DP or Measure will not run until all Sources are loaded.
