Using release 5.3.2 HF4, whenever attempting to use the Output to Excel choice from the option button, PMF returns an error message.
The message simply states:
An error occurred during processing:
Error S01_A9 in PMF_BOOKLET_DATA, FOCERRNUM: 9 , LINES: 0
Please contact your PMF Administrator.
Any suggestions as to where to look for a remedy greatly appreciated. The Output to PDF function is working correctly.

I am unable to repro this so far.
* What release of WebFocus server are you using?
* Which data fields are you specifying (Actual, Target, etc)?
We are on WebFocus 7.7.05 release. Build version Branch 7705.
The report I'm trying to output to Excel is a Metrics Crosstab only actual values. But I've tried others and it doesn't matter, nothing works when trying to do an Excel option.
Please contact IBI customer support. They will assist you in this matter.
You have to open a case but you may want to try this in the meantime:
1. Open the Administration Console
2. Select Configuration > Client Settings > General
3. If there is a value for IBIF_excelservurl, remove that value and save the

Thank you HerveC. Unfortunately there is no value for IBIF_excelservurl in our system, so a case will be opened.
