Hello,

I have a strategy map contains 11 objectives. The measures reported are monthly or quarterly.

9 objectives linked to monthly measures show colors properly but 2 objectives linked to quarterly measures are not working.

I have tried to change Now Date to sevel fix month. It is still not working. I have also check in today's page and am able to see the quarterly measures data with traffic colors. What else can I check?

Biggest reason for this... make sure you have weighted the measures for those objectives...

If that's not getting you there, check to make sure the data exists for the period you're evaluating.

I have double checked the weight. Just one measure and weight 100%.

My fiscal quarter is Q1(April-June), Q2(July to Sept)... I have Q4 last year (Jan -March) data in, which I am able to them Today's page for this measure. But when I go to strategy map, the objective lined to this measure has shown no color. I tried to set Now Date to June and July, not of them are working. Thanks

Please try going to Manage Tab->Settings-> Summarization and change Multi-Level Time Display to 'Y'.

My setting for Multi-level time display is "Y". I tested that all objectives linked to quarterly measures do not show color in strategy map. But these meaures themself have traffic light color in the report.
What else I can check to show monthly and quarterly objectives at the same time?

Do you see proper coloring on the Objectives - Previous vs. Current report?

Just checked. No, I am not able to find the measures in Prior vs current. I can find the measures' name in Current to Previous but not data appear.

Please look in the Objectives (not Measures) - Previous vs. Current report and let us know if the Objective has the proper coloring.

The objective do not have the proper coloring for quarterly measures. When I drill down to measures, the quarterly measures did not show up at all.
