[Solved] Descending - Lower is better Measure; % of Tgt calculation?

Hi,

I wonder if someone could tell me the formula that is involved in calculating the % of Tgt for a 'Descending - Lower is better' Measure with 'Use Target Value' for the Calculating % Reached field?

For instance, I have a measure that is setup like this:

Actual:    2,421,665
Tgt:       1,468,493
% of Tgt:  [35.1%]

I have tried various formulae, but I can't duplicate the 35.1%.

On a related not, what is the story with 'Basis Value?' You can select it in the Calculating % Reached field, and then it asks for a value. Curious...
