Gadget Class Error [solved]
Hi All

Hope you can assist me. I am working on PMF 5.2.1 and WebFOCUS 7.6.8 running SQL Server 2005. I Created a scorecard and added a few Perspectives, Objectives and Measures. On the today page, I could see all the different views (e.g. Operational Dashboard - 01) until I entered some data on one User Entered Measure.

When I go back to view the dashboard I get the following error "The gadget class has changed,
contact the PMF Administrator."

I have checked the actual gadget class for setting I might have overlooked, they only require an ACTUAL & TARGET Value.

Any assistance will do. Havent worked on PMF extensively.

Try going to the Manage tab, Dashboards, and select the Dashboard you've been viewing. Then check "reset gadget defaults" for "all scorecards" and click Save. PMF will configure the gadgets to your data; you can then use Preview to tweak their settings.

Internally we call this feature "magic." It sort of is.
