How to see most recent value instead of regular aggregation
Hi,

We have a scenario where client wants to see the HR FTE value as per YTD type which means when we see the data distribution by month, then the aggregation should be the value which is of last month (see attachment snapshot)

We changed the settings in measure loader main page by selecting time summary as "Most Recent" and also changing the settings of summarization for "Alternate Time Summary" to "Yes" but still its summing up all values.

Please see attachment. Appreciate help as we have demo at client on monday morning.

Thanks
Abhinav

You've done everything right. And we've confirmed that generally the alt time summary works to show LATEST when you select it... for example, if you run a Measure Across Dimension report for Time and display data at the quarter level, and you have LATEST set the amount shown in the cell for each quarter is the correct, latest month.

Looks as if it's just this report (the measrue detail report) has a problem on its summary line; it is aggregating the value for the month instead of only showing the correct LATEST value.

We'll get to work on it.

thanks

Just to let you know, this issue is going to be fixed in the first 5.2.1 hotfix, along with a few other issues that people have found.

thanks for keeping us honest!
