5.1.2 - with Oracle Just installed PMF Synced PMF with DB. Imported MRE users. Created a new Scorecard. When trying to save a owner in PMF that we just changed to adminsitrator, we receive ------- "*** Fatal program error while attempting to update the owner. Error S02_A in pmf_owners_form_update, FOCERRNUM: 310 CHNGD: 0 " ------- We have the owner in the "adminsitrato" group in MRE. We looked at the code that is under the "Save" and looks like when we issue the “Save”, SCORECARD_ID value of ALL is passed back to the MODIFY routine. SCORECARD_ID is a numeric field. Endre, 1) We had a "save" error and it had to do with setting up context root on the webserver: http://documentation.informati...pdf_wf_71/TM4579.pdf 2) Specific to your error, make sure that you have an active scorecard. I believe I had the same error, if there is no scorecard in the system yet or the user does not have a default scorecard. So if there is no scorecard create one, refresh your browser and then select that scorecard (or assign it in the manage tab under owners). Try saving then. 3) There is a bug fix in 5.12: Issue where a non-"Administrato" ID could not create a Scorecard even when it had Admin Functional Access on Scorecards. Maybe this is your issue. 4) Check Oracle user privileges. Update, insert, delete etc. (might be easier just to grant DBA to test). WF 7.65. Solaris. PMF 5.11 on Oracle 10g | |||

This reminds me of the errors we would get when we were trying to integrate PMF with our WF environment. The root cause turned out to be some environment settings that conflict with PMF. This is a list of the environment variables that we needed to set to get PMF to stop returning strange errors: SET ALL=OFF SET HOLDLIST=ALL SET HOLDSTAT=OFF SET PRINTPLUS = OFF See if your environment is setting these at a site level to anything other than above. Thnx Joey, The upgrade from 5.1.1 to 5.1.2 resolved the error during Owner save. Unfortunetly the MRE user sync only shows about 30 users from MRE out of 600+ users. All 600+ users are part of the "administrato" MRE group. I'll look at the environment variables. EndreThis message has been edited.
