Flex integration?
Any plans for FLEX integration? We saw the recent webcast on where IBI is going with Flex Enable, Active Reports, and such. Just curious if there are any plans to incorporate those technologies into PMF?

Yea, in a future release of PMF there will be pre-built PMF gadgets that encapsulate commonly used WebFOCUS Flex Enable controls for analysis-specific purposes. For example, there will be some trending bars and lines, and sharescope style pies. Or you could ask your consultant to build you a couple special ones.

PMF gadgets can simply be parameterized HTML content that, for example, places a Flex control and passes parameters in from PMF to the HTML. So it's not hard to do!

We'll be showing some Flex integration in our pod at Summit. Also Google Maps integration. All coming in PMF Version 5, due out this summer, by the way.
