When I'm in a measure, on the scorecards tab, I select a scorecard under ALL to add to the Linked Objectives. When I do this, my area under ALL shrinks so if I get to roughly 17 or more scorecards linked, I can't see anything under ALL to choose from. How do I keep this section from shrinking down when a new scorecard is added to the linked objectives?

We repro this behavior in house. Your situation is unique in that you have a very large number of Scorecards. For now, the workaround is to link via the Objectives panel on the Author Tab.

Go to the main Author tab, select the desired Scorecard & Objective and you can link any number of Measures to the Objective.

Please open a Hottrack with IBI Customer Support and this will be fixed.
