I am getting a violation of primary key constraint error, can't insert duplicate key. When looking at the data I can't find any duplicate values. The load will use Market Type, Customer Group and Customer as the levels. I can get the data to load when I only use two of the levels (you can pick any two), but when I add the third I get the error message attached.

Hi Jasen,

This error message comes from the RDBMS, doesn't happen during normal operation. Could have something to do with limitations on the schema name or other similar RDBMS issue.

Can you take this one to customer support?

They will want to follow up with the steps that led to this error message.

Naturally we'll jump on the issue to help.

thanks
