In the PMF instruction there is a comment that the 4 standard Norton/Kaplan Perspectives can be modified. Does this modification capability include adding a 5th Perspective, for example. If so, has anyone done this?

You can have as many or as few Perspectives as you want and call them whatever you want. There is no obeisance to Kaplan Norton, that's just a methodology. :-)
