Hi,

I am trying to enter feedback to measures. I can't enter feedback i.e the window is frozen when there are no prior year values. However if i enter feedback when prior year values are available, textbox on the feedback wondow becomes active and I can easily write feedback. I am wondering why is it working in this way.

Looks like you found a bug. In situations where an objective is linked to more than one measure, if you click the feedback link and there is no current feedback data created for any of the measures, this will happen.

We'll put a fix for this into the first PMF 5.2.1 hotfix. In the meantime you can work around it by clicking the link at the measure level for any of the constituent measures, and entering feedback.
