we can't load the TIME dimension
we get

Hi Susan--
Welcome to the forum.

If you’re creating a Time Dimension as Year/Quarter/Month, you don’t need to load from external data. You can use the Dimension Loader’s built-in Time AutoGen capability. In the Dimension Loader, select the Time AutoGen option, pick your start and end months, and you should have a Time dimension in moments.
