One of our user has different gadget preference window than anyone else. We all have the preference window with the Filter selection, but his has First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, etc. How can we recover his preference window ?

That's the User Preference window for the Today page. It always asks for that. It's not require to fill it in - if it is not filled in, it lets the user fill it in so their first and last name are correctly registered for the system. Those fields will always appear but it's not nagged if they're not filled. So see it as just a confirmation of that information.

The user was clicking on the Today Page preference button, not the Gadget preference button. It was my fault not asking the user to click on the middle of gadget somewhere to activate the gadget borders, therefore activating / displaying the gadget preference button. Once we did that , the right preference window appeared. thnx Endre
